Postpartum Care For You and Your Baby

Giving Birth Is Just the Beginning

Your journey doesn’t end with birth. It begins.

The days and weeks after you give birth are a crucial time for both you and your baby. It’s a time of physical recovery, emotional changes, and the start of a new bond. And we believe in strengthening that bond so both of you can thrive. That’s why our postpartum care model focuses not just on you or your baby, but on both of you as a team, an inseparable dyad.

Your healing, your baby’s health, and the emotional connection you share are all part of this journey. From recovery and breastfeeding support to newborn health checks and emotional well-being, we care for both of you every step of the way. By nurturing you together, we ensure that you can both flourish during this beautiful, transformative time.

Postpartum Care For What Matters Most

YOUR PHYSICAL RECOVERY

After giving birth, your body is going through major changes as it heals.

A big part of postpartum care is making sure your recovery is progressing smoothly. Our care is designed to keep you healthy and prevent complications.

We also provide guidance on how to care for yourself, so you can heal as best as possible.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE

The postpartum period can be an emotional rollercoaster. No matter what you’re going through, we’re here for you.

Our visits include emotional check-ins, assessments for postpartum mood disorders, and time to discuss your feelings.

Having support during this time can help you feel empowered and reassured as you navigate these new challenges.

COMPREHENSIVE NEWBORN CARE

Your baby’s health is just as important as your own.

Our midwife postpartum care includes regular assessments and screenings of your newborn to make sure everything is on track.

We also provide breastfeeding support, help with feeding plans, and guidance on any newborn concerns, such as skin rashes or eye issues.

In-Home Postpartum Visits for Peace of Mind

We provide three postpartum home visits during the first two weeks after birth because your well-being matters to us.

These home visits allow us to support your recovery in the comfort of your own space, and they’re a big reason why so many clients trust us for their postpartum care.

We’ll also see you at our office for additional visits at 4 weeks and 6 weeks postpartum, making sure you and your baby are thriving together.
